END-WET 2012: Extreme North Dakota Watersports Endurance Test

Not only could you paddle this race, you also get the option of swimming solo or on a relay team!  This race is longer than some open-water channel crossings but you also get a current behind you.

The Extreme North Dakota Watersports Endurance Test (END-WET) is the latest addition to ENDracing's series of extreme races in the upper midwest. Taking place on July 21st, the event is a down-river (yep, with the current) marathon where solo racers in kayaks or on stand-up-paddleboards (SUP for short), or teams of two in canoes will race between Grand Forks, ND and Oslo, MN on the fabulous but much feared Red River of the North. They will compete for bragging rights and a share of the awesome booty that all ENDracing events are well known for.
