One Ski Premiere, One Snowboard Flick, Same Week
It's that time of year again, when those itching for snow get together to watch people shred! Coming from one of the flattest places on Earth, there are two film showings coming up in Fargo and Grand Forks.
- On Wednesday, November 16th at 7:45 PM, get to The Ski and Bike Shop in Grand Forks to see Standing Sideways from Burton Snowboards.
It's on like Donkey Kong.....what does that really mean anyways?.......WED. NOV. 16th.........in house viewing of the new Burton Snowboarding video Standing Sideways on 3, yes, 3 BIG screens!.......show to start promptly at 7:45pm (if you know any snowboarders you know that means around 8ish. BYOS....bring your own soda (and enough for the SBS employees as that will set you up with some good Karma points for the upcoming winter)!
- On Sunday, November 20th at 7 PM, get down to the Fargo Theatre to see the premier of Attack of La Nina and raise money for local skiing/snowboarding charities.
We’re TOTALLY STOKED to announce Fargo-Moorhead’s FIRST-EVER Ski Movie Premier!
Like a winter blizzard, “Attack of La Nina” will blow you away with the world’s top professional athletes shredding the sickest lines and deepest powder in recorded history!
All proceeds from the event will benefit SkiDUCK (a charity providing free skiing and snowboarding to disabled and disadvantaged children) and the Detroit Mountain Recreation Area (a non-profit organization dedicated to reviving Fargo-Moorhead’s closest ski area in Detroit Lakes).
Hope to see everyone out and ready for snow!
